Immacél staffs nine autonomous agents inside your brokerage. They source, contact, negotiate, and reconcile — continuously, without supervision. Not a tool. Not a copilot. A workforce.
A full outbound department — sourcing, follow-up, pipeline hygiene, and compliance review — held to a fixed monthly floor and a fee that only applies when a deal actually closes. Less than the fully-loaded cost of one hire, and it does not sleep, resign, or forget a follow-up.
Every action an agent takes is written to a plain, timestamped log — readable by an operator, auditable by a compliance officer. The sample shown here is anonymized and illustrative; inside your workspace the feed is your own activity, in real time.
Each agent is a specialist you refer to by name — not a feature toggle. Your tier determines how many are seated.
Sources and enriches qualified owner and buyer records from public and licensed data.
Runs multichannel sequences with domain-health and deliverability enforcement.
Voice qualification. Paused: voice outreach is switched off, so no calls are being placed.
Carries pipeline through negotiation and attributes revenue on close.
Reconciles subscription and performance fees. Available to every client, always.
Enforces consent, quiet hours, DNC, and jurisdictional rules before any contact.
Watches runtime health and takes your feature requests directly, in-product.
Answers questions about your own workspace, using only your real data.
Governs the other eight — allocates budget, arbitrates priority, reports upward.
Charter is fixed at a published rate. Consulate and Imperium start at a floor, negotiated up based on what you already spend. Patrimony is written per deployment. Charter, Consulate, and Imperium carry a performance fee on the gross commission income (GCI) your agency earns on each closed deal — never on the property's sale price — and Patrimony is retainer-only. Every tier can audit its fee in full.
Entry into the house. Four agents live; voice paused.
Fixed price. Published rate, never negotiated.
First contact to final signature. Nothing left undone.Sourcing, outreach, negotiation, closing, billing, compliance — six agents live; voice paused.
Starting price. Negotiated based on current spend — never a fixed quote.
Platform-grade throughput and dedicated engineering.
Starting price. Negotiated based on current spend — never a fixed quote. Named operator.
White-label, API-level, multi-entity. All nine agents seated; voice paused.
Bespoke architecture. Multi-entity. Priced per deployment, $60,000+/mo floor.
Example
A $1,000,000 sale at 2% commission earns the agency $20,000 in GCI. On Charter, the performance fee is 15% of that GCI — $3,000 — never 15% of the $1,000,000 sale price.
Applications are open. Approval is based on the applying firm's fit and creditworthiness. A referral from an existing client moves your review forward in the queue — it does not approve you.
Submit the application for the tier you want and accept the Terms of Service. Nothing is charged at this step.
Every application is reviewed before a workspace is created, on the firm's fit and creditworthiness. Consulate, Imperium, and Patrimony terms are agreed on a call with the founder.
If approved, Charter receives its payment link by email; Consulate, Imperium and Patrimony are contacted to schedule the call. If not approved, you are told by email.
Charter: once payment is confirmed, the Service Agreement is sent for e-signature automatically. Your dashboard invite is sent when it is signed.
Consulate, Imperium, Patrimony: the Service Agreement, with your agreed monthly retainer written into it, is sent for e-signature. Once it is signed you receive the payment link for that amount; your dashboard invite is sent once payment is confirmed.
